Terms of Service

1. Who can use NetworkX

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. One person, one account.

3. Membership and payments

• Membership plans and event fees are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Plans renew or end as described when you buy them. Refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact hello@networkxcircle.com.
• We may change prices or plans for future purchases; we will not change what you have already paid for.

4. Community conduct

NetworkX works because members trust each other. You agree not to:

• impersonate anyone or give false information;
• harass, abuse, spam or mislead other members;
• post unlawful, discriminatory or infringing content, or content you have no right to share;
• misuse referrals, opportunities, deals or contact details, or scrape or resell member information;
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give NetworkX permission to store it and show it to other members as the app is designed to, and to use it to run and improve the service. You are responsible for what you share.

6. Referrals, opportunities and deals

NetworkX helps members find each other. Any business, referral, investment or deal is between the members involved. We do not guarantee any outcome, and we are not a party to those arrangements. Do your own checks before you commit money or time.

7. Location and notifications

Meeting check-in uses your location only when you choose to check in. Notifications can be managed in Profile → Preferences and your phone’s settings; we will still send essential security and payment messages.

8. Suspension and ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the community at risk. Payment and legal obligations that arose before then continue.

9. Disclaimers and limits

NetworkX is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, NetworkX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from dealings between members.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; if the change is important we will tell you, and continuing to use NetworkX means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
